Description
Z fold Hand Towel Production Line is developed for customers targeting high production capacity and excellent hand towel products. Working with the folding type of mechanical and vacuum suction, it can run at the stable speed of 180m/min.
One set of hand towel folding machine+one set of log saw cuting machine + one set of automatic towel packing machine make a fully automatic hand towel prodcution line.
Compact design and easy adjustment help operators to have full control of functionality and production of the machine. Full-face embossing (standard/optional), Logo emboss(standard/optional), Glue laminationoptional), 1/2colors logo printing (optional )are available.

Our Production Process and Delivery to Customer
We have our own CNC to do parts machining, and then shot blasting, we do baking paint for all the parts. Next we start the assembly, when the machines are finished, we will do the commissioning and test running. If customer will not come to our factory to check and approve, we will send machine photos and videos to customer for confirmation and approval before packaging and shipment.
