Description
This machine is developed for high-speed automatic box packingof facial tissue product. It can connect with facial tissue interfolder and automatic transfer unit as well as log saw cutting machine to make an automatic facial tissue production line.
The stable production speed can reach 80 boxes/min; Different packing sizes can be finished, it only takes 10-20mins to change to another packing size. Servo paper feeding and PLC control. Equipped with international advanced glue machine(a nozzle of 0.3-0.36mm), the glue spread is little to save your production cost.

Our Production Process and Delivery to Customer
We have our own CNC to do parts machining, and then shot blasting, we do baking paint for all the parts. Next we start the assembly, when the machines are finished, we will do the commissioning and test running. If customer will not come to our factory to check and approve, we will send machine photos and videos to customer for confirmation and approval before packaging and shipment.
